However, certain situations are not eligible for returns. We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind after ordering, if you ordered the wrong size yourself, or if the item has been worn or washed, as these cannot be resold.

Once received, our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps. If your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount is returned to your original payment method.
